It’s been a full year of “ups and downs” during my healing process as well as my not feeling like my concerns were taken seriously by the previous staff. At times l left the office very frustrated and confused. But……….My last two recent visits to the Spartanburg office were the best by far. The Dental Assistant staff and the receptionists have always been very nice and cordial; especially Yvonne and most recently Raven…………. I saw a Dr. for the first time during my March 19, 2026, and he was awesome! I believe his name was Dr. Walker. I was in the office to have my final impression made. As I explained to him the problems I’d been having………he really listened and gave me every confidence that he understood and saw what I was trying to convey. I went back on today to pick up my permanent denture and it fits so much better than I even expected. Can’t forget to shout out the lab …… They did great work as well!

I had extreme pain with a wisdom tooth that needed to come out and everyone there was so compassionate towards my issue. The dentist who was there whom I believe was just a temporary dentist at that location but he was so accommodating and ready to fix the issue right away. The dental assistant was beyond kind and comforting . I had a release of tears after they were done ; just thankful for the pain to go away and for their genuine care. Even the lady who does the paperwork and checked me out when I went to pay was so personable and kind . This kind of care is how I was taught when I went to nursing school. I wasnt treated as just another person to pay a fee and move on. They were all extremely kind from the moment you walk in til you walk out . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will take their time to answer any questions that you may have. I never feel rushed.

The staff here, are amazing people! I had a traumatic experience as a child at the dentist and have been terrified of dentists ever since, but the staff at affordable dentures and implants were nothing short of amazing! They helped me feel comfortable and they were as accommodating as possible! They do everything the same day also! They forever changed my life and gave me my smile back and were super sweet and understanding during the whole process!!! Thank you guys for changing lives!!

They really took care of me. I was so afraid of the process and they were so amazing! Yvonne was so nice great and the doctor was so great as well. Rey in front office was so helpful.

Well all I can say is and I never caught the girls name but the lady that did the molds for my teeth she is good people just like me and helps people she drives to work from Columbia everyday to do her job and that’s help people and that lil lady does her job very well she deserves a raise her and the other lady that asked the lab how long it would take to do my partials but the other lady that I paid behind the desk she done nothing but try to stop those people from helping me trying to put me off a week that I was told by good people that were doing their jobs that they could have had them done for me today so I wouldn’t have to make another hour and a half ride to pick them up I thank those few that tried to help me I really do appreciate it be cause I haven’t had that in my life a lot at all lately yall got a good group of folks there just got a few that need to be humbled but I had a good experience and I got helped by somebody something I really been needing I thank those few I really do!! The one missing star you know who you are!!

Super friendly staff my son was so nervous. They put his mind at ease the dentist was so helpful and reassuring ! All around 1st visit awesome 👌!

They are great. Love my smile. Friendly, helpful and just great. The guy of my permanent dentures are almost like implants,they fit so snuggly and tight. Can day enough about them!!! Thanks guys April!!!!

Had nine teeth pulled and 2 implants put in. Fast forward worst dentures I’ve ever had they made two bottom plates and front gap did not line up. I would not recommend this business in Spartanburg SC. See picture and notice how much longer left side is from right side and it traps food and tilts plate so when biting down it forces plate off right implant. When I first received these dentures they wouldn’t fit a denture cup and I had to have them trim a 1/4” off back also hit jaw and not the teeth first. Not at all satisfied with this!!!!!!!
