She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel easy and calm. She took her time and treated me like I mattered, not like I was just another appointment on the schedule. What stood out to me the most was how patient everyone was. I asked a lot of questions — probably more than most — and not once did anyone make me feel rushed, brushed off, or like I was a burden. They answered everything thoroughly. And when I didn’t fully understand something, they explained it again in a different way without even a hint of frustration. That kind of patience and professionalism is rare. They were courteous. They were understanding. They were polite. They smiled. They were happy to help. The entire atmosphere felt supportive and respectful. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
