Jasmine McGee, today I when here to get 4 teeth pulled , the staff is super friendly very welcoming/ inviting. I loved my visit when I say everybody I mean everybody was super nice , Doctor Tim did an excellent job. Two of my teeth was difficult to pulled but he didn’t give up.He used every tool he had to get that last tooth out. He was very patient and got the job done he is also very friendly and he made sure I was comfortable and Anwser and questions or concerns I had. I recommend this dental office to anyone! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time I was treated with so much care !

I took my mother to see Dr. Mixson to have her dentures adjusted. He took the time to listen carefully to the problems she was having and made the necessary adjustments. She is much more comfortable now, and we truly appreciated his patience and attention.

This new office and team is outstanding !! AMAZING WORK! Dr.Mixson took his time , was very gentle and informative during my surgery. The assistant are very knowledgeable with such great personality. Excellent job doctor and staff!

I looked at the reviews and almost all with the exception of 1, maybe 1 are with a completely different team of doctor(s) and staff. Doctor Timothy Mixson and very single member of his staff. From the receptionist to the assistants have been nothing short of amazing to me and with the care and services provided for me. As of March 12th 2026 and March 16th, which required rescheduling not at any fault of theirs. But due to extreme effort of safety, concerns, caution, and patience. As I had a posted traumatic episode triggered by my previous dentist visits, experiences, and horrific outcome at another dentistry by another dentist. Which was ultimately why my current visits and procedures and dentures were necessary again. Which Dr Mixson said his assistants listened with depth empathy and he identified some things that others may have overlooked or ignored. Opting to just make the money from making another set of dentures. Dr Mixson expressed the importance of being ethical and not being able to move for with the steps for dentures. As long as the risk he saw and showed me on my X-Rays. Which just so happened to expose even more of what I am dealing with having to address with the other dentist. I’ll stop at saying what could be seen had been paid for previously and so I thought extracted. But that’s a story and review for another dentist(or is he) and another day and review page. Dr Mixson and his staff/team deserve the utmost praise for what they’ve done and are doing for me. If I could give them higher than 5 ⭐️s surely I would! I really wished there was a way for those reviews to be either dropped off or marked as previous. But I found it mandatory to say what I said on all of their behalf’s because they deserve it! The new ladies are wonderful Ariel,Vernisha,Aaliyah,and Dr.Mixson, we're very nice and help me get my smile back quick tell a friend to tell a friend about the new staff. Good job

The entire staff was attentive and respectful to me and my dad. They were very accommodating with appointment. He was happy with the outcome of his appointment. Shout out to Dr. Mixon, Miss Ariel and Miss Vernisha you all are true professionals and will recommend to family and friends.

They did an excellent job with my teeth

Was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. They made me feel comfortable, offered me multiple options, and even tried to get more coverage from my insurer.

Good service went a little slow

They treated me well, and are handling ill-fitting bottom plate on June 8th, "2023". My fingers are crossed. Lol However, the top denture fits like a glove since with no issues. Thank you, Gina Stann
