Went in to get a couple extractions, when scheduling this I was under the assumption that I would be getting a same day extraction of the teeth that were bothering me. Unfortunately that wasnt the case.Which was the only reason I took a star. They could have told me over the phone that I may or may not receive the extraction same day. I also learned that I have more teeth that need pulled. As in every single one of my teeth that still remain. As emotional as that was to learn the staff was very empathetic and considerate of my feelings and what was going on in my head. Which I can say is very rare when visiting any other dentist office in Muncie so far and Ive been to several. With all the "bad news" I received it still wasnt the worse dentist appointment I have been to in Muncie. In fact I would say the opposite, it was the best visit given my circumstances. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend! Although my insurance offered to pay for everything except the medication used for the surgery. I know they offer financial support as well. But if your looking for a facility with great staff that WON'T make you HATE YOURSELF MORE after walking in then this is the place to go. Im a little more confident in the next steps I need to take to get my confidence back and more importantly my oral health.

Everyone was friendly. Unlike the previous place I went the dentist thoroughly examine my bone structure,took a good history,discussed the fact he couldn't touch my previous dentures. Said I could go back to previous dentist to fix my dentures or I could spend the money and he'd make me new dentures. Left the choice up to me. Wasn't pushy trying to get me to spend the money for him to make new.

They were very friendly, kind and patient!! I would always recommend them. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I am very relieved with the outcome and service they provided!! They told me from day one (and my mother and daughter, who took me) that I need to not worry about speaking up… That if I have anything wrong, just voice my concern and let them know and it is no problem! They helped me along the way and explained anything and everything I had questions about or didn’t understand. ❤️ I have never regretted my decision and I got full Dentures. They may not be as quick as a lot of people hope but I’d rather them take their time and listen to everyone’s concerns and get it right then for them to rush and them not be correct. This is something permanent that you’re gonna have to live with, and I appreciate everyone so much for helping me through it 🥰
