Dr. C. Brant Crisp

Dr. Crisp earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Tennessee Health Sciences College of Dentistry.
Dr. Lazaro Tobias
DDS, General Dentist
Dr. Lazaro Tobias is a general dentist focused on restoring function, confidence, and quality of life for his patients through comprehensive tooth replacement solutions. He especially enjoys the surgical and restorative aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, implant dentistry, and denture and overdenture therapy. Dr. Tobias finds the most rewarding part of his work is seeing patients regain their ability to smile, eat comfortably, and feel confident again.
Dr. Tobias earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. During his clinical training he was recognized for his strong patient care and leadership, receiving the Clinic Award for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry for outstanding clinical skills, patient management, and professionalism.
He has completed extensive implant dentistry education through the International Team for Implantology (ITI), a global organization dedicated to advancing education and research in implant dentistry. This training supports his prosthetically driven approach to treatment planning and his commitment to delivering predictable, long-term outcomes for patients seeking implant-supported solutions.
Before entering dentistry, Dr. Tobias worked as a high school educator and coach. That experience continues to shape his approach to patient care today. He believes strongly in patient education and takes the time to help patients understand their conditions and treatment options so they can make confident decisions about their oral health. His philosophy centers on compassionate care, clear communication, and treating every patient with respect.
Originally from South Texas, Dr. Tobias is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys serving a diverse patient community. Outside the office he enjoys traveling, attending concerts with his wife, working out, and grilling. He also credits his early exposure to dentistry through his grandfather, who worked as a dental laboratory technician, as an inspiration that helped spark his interest in the profession.
